Summer Travel

I love summer. It's my favorite time of the year. So I wanted to put those feelings into the drawing. I spent to most time on the environment, because I was not sure how I wanted it to look other than it was going to be a field. At first I chose very bright and summery colors and a sunflowerfield. Though I wasn't completely satisfied with that so I scrapped it and drew a new concept with a completely different style. I am a fan of simplistic looks so I tried to put that into the piece and make my own style with it. I focused on balancing cool and warm colors to make it a fresh looking image. I loved the yellow suit on the girl and brought that color to the background with some flowers.

I am very happy with the final product and I hope you guys like it too.
