Ruins of Alchemy

"A long time ago alchemy ruled in a small country. Now there are just ruines left. Small hints are left behind, but the knowledge of alchemy has disappeared through the passage of time."

This was a fun concept to draw. I got inspired by rune stones, so I wanted to make something out of it. I am also very fond of alchemy so I wanted to mix that into rune stones. I learned so much while drawing this piece. In beginning I wanted to landscape to be during fall, so I chose more yellow-ish grass color. But I changed my mind and went for a more freshly green color since I wanted this area to have a colorful look. Kind of lush.
